- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very Poor experience with resolving a refund request... The Manager of the store Jennifer was very rude and did not diligently pursue excellent customer service. In an attempt to have her extend an appeal request to UPS, her hostile disposition towards achieving a resolve came fourth as she bellowed in frustration through the phone and abruptly hung up.
