- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They've always been really friendly, but when you have an issue they aren't really willing to help. Long story short, my check was eaten by their ATM. I went inside and was told there was nothing they could do for me and that I would need to get the writer of the check to rewrite it. Upon, calling customer service, customer service said they should have been able to do something. Went.back in but still refused to help. Customer service took care of it immediately.
